What my clients Robbie and Melisa Neller of Neller Real Estate have been able to achieve over the past 3 years is truly remarkable.

Coinciding with property price growth of 105% across the region, the rebrand of Neller Real Estate has helped Robbie, Melisa and their team to successfully reposition their business and firmly claim market leadership in Peregian Beach and the surrounding Noosa Beaches.

We’ve used a wide variety of tools to achieve this goal, including the creation of an initial brand strategy and positioning statement, together with a suite of design, print and digital marketing assets that enable us to stay connected with the community more than any other agency in the region. Neller Real Estate are now widely regarded as the market leader on the Sunshine Coast.

Our working relationship has also transcended that of client and designer. I consider myself to be part of the team and treat every interaction and task I take on as if Neller Real Estate were my own business. I’m inspired by their commitment to excellence every single day.

Robbie recently shared his thoughts with me about transitioning from operating as well-known franchise to their very own, fully independent brand – Neller Real Estate.
