Alisha is a Designer and Brand Strategist who has worked with female-centric brands and women led businesses to develop their presence and further their impact through the power of design for over 18 years.

At the age of 21, Alisha launched STUDIO AD & CO. while completing an Honours qualification in Communication Design at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology as part of the coveted ‘The Works’ program. Since then, her goal has been to positively impact the health and wellbeing of all people who identify as female, using design to strategically capture attention and communicate life-changing messages.

Alisha is widely regarded as a strong communicator and a pragmatic thinker who delivers effortlessly simple solutions, that are both beautiful and impactful.

Daniela is a Graphic Designer who believes that design is a powerful universal language. Since emigrating from Brazil in 2019, Daniela has developed her skills as a Graphic Designer, assisting with the development and management of an array of health and wellness oriented brands. Daniela has an excellent eye for detail, strong technical skills and a passion for expressing stories through moving images.
