I met Anna at a time when the benefits of strength training were snapping in to focus for me, and I admired her laser-like dedication to achieving something pretty incredible that most people would never imagine doing right from the start.
But as our conversations around what she wanted to accomplish in her business went deeper, I quickly realised there was a lot more to Anna than just being someone who wants to be the absolute best in her sport. I was drawn to her caring and supportive nature and how dedicated she is to helping all women be the best possible version of themselves that they can be, which is something I’m very passionate about too.
I helped Anna to define her brand, I AM, and create a new platform from which to inspire, encourage, support and celebrate even more women, and I feel incredibly honoured to be a small part of the team that is helping her to achieve this goal.
The logo I created for I AM embodies a strong and confident visual presence, captured through bold letterforms, with the upward gesturing ‘strike through’ design feature generating movement and positive energy. This design feature also visually pushes the letter ‘M’ forward, subtly referencing the support and encouragement of members of the community from Anna and the I AM brand. And these four key visual personality traits: strength, confidence, movement and positive energy are the clear and absolute benefits of engaging with the I AM collective.
Now that the I AM brand is launched, I asked Anna to share what inspires her everyday, what her goals are and what rituals are non-negotiable for her to be the best possible version of herself too!

What do you wake up thinking about each morning, and go to sleep thinking about every night?
Breakfast!! Haha. And usually what my agenda is for the day / next day.
What three words would you use to sum up the impact your work has on the world?
Positive, impactful, empowering.
What daily rituals do you have that are non-negotiable, to help you live the happiest and healthiest version of your life?
I would say scheduling my gym training sessions (and sticking to them) and meal preparation / planning so that I know what I’ll be eating for the day so that it’s all ready to go are the most important things. Planning and preparation is key when it comes to maintaining your nutrition and fitness, especially when we all lead such busy lives.
Can you share your fave place to eat, or a dish you love to make?
Oh that’s easy. Grill’d Burgers of course!
What amazing goals do you have for where you want to take your business next?
Ultimately what I want to build is a community – a place where women can be educated, inspired and encouraged to achieve their healthiest selves.
I feel the brand is still in its infancy and there is a lot of work to do yet, but I would love to hold events, seminars and workshops down the track.
The immediate goals for me are completing the website and rolling out an official launch, to get the blog up and running and continuing to build my social media presence. Above all though, my primary focus is my clients and achieving results for them. I have a number of girls I’m preparing for competitions, and many others seeking body transformations, so I’m extremely excited to be a part of their journey and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.
